Rev. Randall Wood serves as National Director of EE-USA and oversees field missionaries who work locally to equip believers to multiply in and through their churches. An ordained Southern Baptist minister, Randall joined EE in 2011 after 16 years as Associate Pastor/Evangelism & Missions at Dublin Baptist Church in Ohio. He has led more than 40 short-term mission trips around the world. Prior to the pastorate, he served as an Associate Professor of Agricultural Engineering at The Ohio State University. Randall has been married to Felicia for 36 years. They reside in Columbus, NC. They are blessed with three sons & seven grandchildren.
Tony Castro is the Chief Operating Officer of Evangelism Explosion International, a ministry dedicated to equipping and training believers worldwide to witness for Jesus Christ. The impact of EE is global and growing. Since EE was founded in 1962, millions of Christians have been trained to share Christ, and it is now used in every nation on earth. Tony has been active in EE training since 1992, and he joined EE’s staff in 2002. He is married to Kim and has 3 children. They reside in Arden, NC.
Dr. Darrell Farney serves as the EE Prayer Coordinator for the U.S. He firmly believes that all of our ministry trainings should be preceded by persevering prayer. The Strategic Prayer Workshop will revitalize your prayer life and help you learn to pray more strategically for friends and ministries. Darrell was a full-time pastor in several churches before joining the EE staff in 2002. He has been married to his wife Maureen for almost 52 years. They live in a suburb of Chicago, IL near their two daughters, sons-in-law and five grandchildren.
