Why Should We Share the Gospel?
Because our world needs it and is hungry for it
Survey Highlights
55% say that it is very important to have certainty they will go heaven or have eternal life
This is great news because it provides some ground to stand on when beginning a Gospel conversation. People are looking for assurance of hope and that is exactly what our Savior Jesus Christ offers us, certainty that if we follow Him and make Him Lord of our life that we are guaranteed eternal life with Him in Paradise.
66% say they are open or very open to having a conversation about faith with a friend
This highlights a significant opportunity for sharing our Christian faith with those that are close to us. It suggests that, as friends, we are in a unique position to foster these conversations, providing a supportive and trusting environment where faith can be explored and shared. This openness also encourages us to approach these discussions with confidence and compassion, knowing that many are receptive to learning about and discussing our faith.
51% say they are open or very open to having a conversation about faith with a stranger
This is highly encouraging because this openness suggests that many individuals are willing to engage in meaningful discussions about spirituality, even with those they do not know well. It provides an opportunity for us to share our Christian faith with a broader audience, reaching people we might not otherwise connect with. This statistic empowers us to approach strangers respectfully but with confidence that many are interested in exploring spiritual topics.

We surveyed 1,002 Americans with 32 questions related to faith, hope, eternity, Christianity, and Jesus. The results are fascinating and worth your review. Too often Christians including pastors believe people are generally unwilling to talk about eternity and the Gospel. But these results show otherwise and should encourage believers to feel more free and more excited to share their faith with friends, family, and strangers too! Join us in the effort to make our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ known in our country and throughout the world.
